2. Client Information Form

The Prompt: Once you’ve received your quote/invoice, we’ll email a Client Information Form. This helps us dial in the gear for everyone in your group—waders, boots, rods, and reels—so everything is ready to go the moment you arrive.

3. Pre-Trip Phone Call

The Process: With the gear and dates locked in, your guide will give you a personal call two days before your adventure. We’ll confirm the best meeting spot based on current river conditions and make sure you’re feeling ready.

Note: If you’ve booked a full-day trip, we’ll also text a menu link to our favorite deli so you can pick out a deli sandwich for our riverside lunch!
