1. Introduction

Welcome to Adventure Fly Co. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

2. Bookings and Payments

- A deposit of $250 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days prior to the trip.

- Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal.

- Cancellations made 30 days prior will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may forfeit deposits.

3. Services

Adventure Fly Co. offers guided fishing trips, skill-development courses, and accommodation packages, including:

- Day trips (wade, float, or VIP fly-in experiences).

- Fish-n-Stay packages with condos or camping options.

- Euro Nymphing and other specialized techniques courses.

All trips are catch-and-release only and include guided instruction and necessary equipment. Customizations, such as extended condo stays, or purchasing MAVRK gear packages, may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Safety

- Guests participate at their own risk. Adventure Fly Co. is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or equipment damage during the trip.

- Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

- Safety instructions provided by the guide must be followed at all times.

5. Accommodation and Amenities

For Fish-n-Stay packages:

- Occupancy for condo stays is limited to a maximum of four people, including adults and children.

- Guests are responsible for adhering to property rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation.

6. Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in Fish-n-Stay condo packages under the following conditions:

- A nightly pet fee of $25 per pet applies.

-Pets are limited to dogs under 50lbs No cats allowed.

- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not permitted on furniture or bedding.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring no damage to the property or disturbances to other guests.

- Violations of the pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of the stay without refund.

7. Promotions and Discounts

-All promotions and discounts are for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at the company’s sole discretion without prior notice.

- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to bookings or purchases made before the promotion period.

8. Weather and Rescheduling

- Trips may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Adventure Fly Co.

- In the event of a rescheduling, guests may choose an alternative date (upon availability), or receive a credit for future booking.

9. Privacy and Use of Data

Adventure Fly Co. collects personal information for booking and communication purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Use of Images

Adventure Fly Co. may use photos and videos taken during trips for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website). Guests wishing to opt out must notify us in writing before the trip.

All content, images, and branding on our website are the intellectual property of Adventure Fly Co. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
